Our Shipping Policy

Currently, we only provide shipping throughout Malaysia.
Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we don’t allow amendments after your order number is generated.

Delivery Time

We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. We hope our beloved customers might note that Legend of Tea does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we're on your side and will help in any way we can. Office Hours are from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.


During Promotion Periods

During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfil the usual next day delivery promise due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues.

Return Policy

In the case that you are not satisfied with your purchase (e.g. damaged during shipment, wrong item/type/shade/etc), kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item. Otherwise, your request will not be processed.
Product return request must be made within 7 working days from date received.
Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt.

Our team will proceed to check and verify your claim and carry out remedial action. We reserve our rights not to entertain any claims which are brought to our attention after the expiry of 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel.


Refund Policy

Refunds from returns will only begin processing once we have received the physical return parcel and a quality check is completed to either approve or reject the return requested. Once the processing is completed, customer service team will inform customer for the refund procedure.

All returned item shall be sent in their original condition and packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 30 days return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you.


How can I return my purchase?

Kindly email your inquiry to lot33@legend-of-tea.com with the subject “Return Item”. We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed. To make the process run smoother and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details for record purpose.
